Job Title: Manager – Techno-Commercial and Marketing

Job Summary:
The Manager – Techno-Commercial and Marketing will lead the techno-commercial, business development, and marketing functions to drive business growth, expand customer base, and increase market share. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance the company’s competitive edge, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication of the company’s value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
Techno-Commercial:
- Market Research and Analysis:
– Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
– Analyze competitors, customer needs, and market dynamics.
- Product Development:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and services.
– Ensure products meet customer requirements and market needs.
- Pricing and Commercial Strategy:
– Develop pricing strategies to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
– Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and suppliers.
- Business Growth:
– Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
– Build relationships with potential customers and partners.
- Market Expansion:
– Develop plans to enter new markets, segments, or geographies.
– Conduct market feasibility studies and analyze market potential.
Marketing:
- Brand Management:
– Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity and messaging.
– Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
- Marketing Strategy:
– Develop and execute marketing plans to reach target audiences.
– Measure and analyze marketing performance and ROI.
Requirements:
– 12+ years of experience in techno-commercial, business development, or marketing roles.
– Strong understanding of manufacturing industry dynamics and market trends.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
– Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and marketing analytics tools.
Education:
– Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
