Job Title: Customer Key Account Manager

Job Summary:
The Customer Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
– Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
– Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Sales Growth:
– Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Customer Satisfaction:
– Ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
– Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Communication:
– Maintain regular communication with customers, including meetings, calls, and emails.
– Provide customers with product information, technical support, and market insights.
- Market Intelligence:
– Gather and analyze market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors.
– Identify trends and opportunities to drive business growth.
- Collaboration:
– Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
– Ensure alignment and effective communication to meet customer needs.
- Performance Metrics:
– Meet or exceed sales targets, customer satisfaction metrics, and account growth goals.
Requirements:
– 15+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
– Strong knowledge of manufacturing industry, products, and market trends.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Certifications:
– Certified Account Manager (CAM) certification.
– Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification.
