Job Title: Marketing & Business Development Manager
Reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing/CEO
Job Summary:
The Marketing & Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth, and identifying new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base and revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Marketing Strategy:
– Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to reach target audiences.
– Align marketing efforts with business objectives and sales strategies.
- Brand Management:
– Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity and messaging.
– Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels.
- Digital Marketing:
– Lead digital marketing efforts, including website development, social media, and email marketing.
– Analyze and optimize digital marketing performance metrics.
- Content Creation:
– Develop marketing content, including brochures, case studies, and press releases.
– Collaborate with internal teams to create technical content.
Business Development:
- Market Research:
– Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
– Analyze competitors and market dynamics.
- Lead Generation:
– Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive new business opportunities.
– Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into customers.
- Partnership Development:
– Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company’s reach.
– Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnerships into business operations.
- Sales Support:
– Provide marketing support to sales teams, including sales materials and product training.
Requirements:
– 7+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related field.
– Strong knowledge of manufacturing industry, marketing principles, and business development strategies.
– Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications:
– Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) certification.
– Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP) certification.
